Berlin

Berlin is astounding. I can see why my roomie loves it as much as she does.
My brother and I arrived here on Christmas day and checked into a hostel for a night. After spending Christmas in a hostel, we went to a concentration camp and then met up with my roommate that I had in Hungary at her apartment in Berlin. Franzi is a really awesome person and I'm glad I got to see her city before I leave for home.

Stevie leaves for Atlanta tomorrow morning.

I leave for home on December 30th at 7:30 in the morning. Mixed feelings about that.

Merry Christmas!

Stevie & I spent Christmas in Dresden, Germany.
We leave tomorrow (Christmas morning) for BERLIN.
This is our final stop before we separately return to Atlanta.

Christmas Markets are really the best.
Hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas and is looking forward to a fantastic New Year.
The first 5 photos of are Dresden, Germany. The final 3 photos are of Vienna, Austria.

Vienna

Wow, where to begin.

Vienna was amazing mainly because we had one of the best couchsurfers that I have ever encountered. He was an amazing host and made Vienna shine.

Stevie and I stayed in Vienna a mere two nights/three days and left Vienna on Tuesday morning and arrived in Dresden, Germany with a couple of my friends from Hungary- Anne and Brian. Anne lives in Dresden, so she is going to show us around. One more city before Stevie and I leave for the United States!

Highlights from the Vienna trip:
1) Went to see Freud's apartment. That picture with me sitting on the toilet? That's me sitting on the toilet at Freud's place! Woooooo hoo! (I don't really care for Freud, but I took a class over him and I'm a psychology major, so I was definitely interested in seeing where he came up with a bunch of nonsense.) :)
2) The National History Museum- see picture of me with the amethyst.
3) The Albertina. Saw works from Picasso, Michaelangelo, and Kentridge.
4) Of course, the Christmas Markets.
5) Our amazing couchsurfer.

Munich

Important things to note:
1) When Stevie falls asleep on the train, I take pictures.
2) We love hot wine from the Christmas Markets.
3) Sophia is a wonderful host. (Thank you thank you thank you!)

Stevie and I left Munich last night and arrived in Vienna at 10:00 pm. We found our couchsurfers place and he is awesome! He is also hosting 4 other people, so there are a grand total of 7 people in this apartment. It's wonderful!! The people are so nice and we are all going to a museum together today. Two of my friends, Brian & Anne, will be arriving tonight.

4) Pictures from Paris are below this post.

Paris

I hate to say it but I lost my favorite blue scarf in Paris.

5 cities in 20ish days.

From December 11th to December 30th I am going to be travling with my brother, Stevie Baer!!

First stop? PARIS.
What we did-
1) The Louvre
2) 3 hour walking tour with Sandmans New Europe
3) PUB CRAWL

We were in Paris for 2 days (me almost 3) and what does my brother think about this city? ''It is dirty''.

So we are going somewhere else! (I personally fell in love with the city.)

Second stop? MUNICH.

We are here now and we met up with his friend, Sophia. She is hosting us for a few days and will make sure that we have a blast. I will post Paris pictures soon, hopefully.

Exciting News, ya'll

Instead of traveling this weekend, I stayed in Pécs and went out with my friends.
(This is not the exciting news, scroll past the pictures to read)

I have very exciting news. So important that I shall bold the following sentence:
I will be returning to the United States on December 30th, 2010.
Until then? Studying for finals.
& traveling. Starting on Saturday.
